Hemi 4 speed ident? Please HELP

I need to know if this is the real deal. I dont want to sound pushy but I need to find out b4 the other guy snaps it up. It has 18 splines. But something does not look right to me for some reason. Please help.

OK Im just gonna get it. If I dont the other guy will. I dont have any time. It could turn out to be the deal of the year. I think the extra bracket, it's upside down and the fact that he told me it was in a S10 threw me off for awhile.
