A couple stratovent questions

My car came with a/c but I don't have all the parts and I don't want a/c. I would like to install a stratovent setup. I have all the parts except for the heater box. Is there any way of using the a/c box or do I have to hunt down a heater box made specially made for a stratovent? Thanks.
