4 speed shifter

4 speed shifter
I am looking for a shifter. It is going in a console car. Do i have any options as far as the box. Is there some place I can buy the shift levers (7178, 7179, 7180)? I have a line on some shifters but none of them are from a 71-4 b or e body, looks like the difference is the shift levers.
