In this moment i have no exhaust mounted... only pipes...

I want to buy muffler... but witch one !?!?!?
i would like to get a big sound for my small block :D
the muffler should not reduce the soundvolume...
would be nice to get a muffler that give more resoance...(BASS)
and a typical V8 sound..... witch are FAVOURITES ??

Thanks.... :)

I see a lot of THRUSH mufflers used. If you want to be heard it is a logical choice, I went the other way as my car has a 440 and I want it to be a big surprise to the FORD and CHEVY guys who want to play.

I have the big block b-body mufflers from Accurate Exhaust. They are described as stock replacements, so I thought they may be too quiet, but the are just right. Not tinny, good rumble, plenty of noise when you open it up.

I have dual 40-Series FlowMasters. Idles very loud; deep mellow tone. When you pin the pedal you will wake up the neighbors  But I heard thrush may have a deeper tone.
