So I'm bringing each piston in the house to clean and re ring one by one in the nice air conditioning...I have a question though. How come the (I would believe they are stock*) oil rings have the two teeth that go in the hole but the aftermarket oil rings don't have these? Were the whole teeth In the hole a bad design or something? This would cause the rings not to spin...

First time i have done this.just making sure. :)

Another ring questions is.the second compression ring from top has a bevel in it.The paper says that the bevel should face towards top of piston. But wat doesnt make since is where the rings are stamped is on opposite side of bevel, and the paper also says stamps go towards top of piston.

:help: the ring side view looks something like this /__] or if you flip it around \__].Im not sure what would be bevel facing up or down.

Nope, install the ring so the bevel is on top facing the top of the piston.
