Tuff Wheel Horn

I have a horn that it not working and I have checked everything but the button. Does the plastic button just pull off? All I could find so far was an istallation guide from Grant that makes it sound like I just need to pull it off. :help:

Is It a stock steering wheel?Or Is It after market?

It's an original tuff wheel. I got it fixed, it does just pull straight off.
