n96 under hood rubber seal attachment

I found a seal on eBay from a guy in youngstown $75. Josh's musclecar parts. eBay name "logitech". He's got some great detail stuff check it out. Please help me put it on so my hood will again lay flush with the fenders. Need info/pictures/expertise on hardware needed and adjusting hood hinges. Many thanks in advance.
