Is the woodgrain instrument cluster bezel the same for a 71 and 73 Roadrunner

I think the answer is yes. The '74 is different because of
the indicator light by the headlight and wiper switches.

yes but lenses are not the same the one for the clock it has hole it

If you have another lens you can melt it off with sodering gun and put a lens with no hole back on it and melt back just did my rr/gtx the other day, polished lenes , one had bad scratch I could not get out, so I changed clear lens, easy to do.
