Road Runner Nest

Does anyone have any close pics or measurements on where the chin spoilers mount on a 71 Roadrunner?

i think i've read that they were installed by dealers (?) so placement isn't in the same spot on every car...some were even put on upside down

but here's some pics....i save any pics i come across into folders so i can find em easier

This car is an excellent example of how NOT to install the spoilers... and a lot of other stuff for that matter. This car has issues.

yep i've heard...but it's not the only one i've seen with them upside down...i thought i've read about several people with spoilers on that way (wrong)

No kidding, DON'T install them like this! I THINK I saw this car at Mopars at the Rock once, but didn't get pictures of it. I wish I had. But I can't believe there would actually be two '71 RR owners dumb enough to put the front spoilers on the wrong fender.

My placement after gathering numerous photos over the years of where others had replaced their "restored to original specs" cars. It works for me. Edited to add, I don't know why this shit keeps cutting off my photos, I guess they are too large. Either way, hope this helps.
