Front bumper question, is there a bracket that holds the....

I got my front bumper on today, didn't get all the brackets on yet though. But i can't figure out one thing, the top center of the grill is kinda loose feeling, its not a sturdy as the bottom. Is there a bracket that goes on the inside top???
