On original 1970 cars with no radio, no antenna hole at all.

I found this on a site under: B-Body NOS parts
$45 3501331 ANTENNA DELETE PLUG, FOR RADIO DELETE CAR W/FENDER HOLE
It was in the same area as the other parts listed for '71-'74s but there was no pic. If its a nos part then that means some of the b-bodys had to have a fender hole. <shrug>

No radio cars (1970 again) did have an antenna delete plug of sorts, it went into the side of the cowl though where the antenna wire would have passed through.

With no radio it was just a rubber plug to fill the hole.

No.

no way, man, you have to order those 5' cb antennas

and an antenna plug in your fender looks like crap...guys with new stangs do it..make a plug, paint it body color etc. cuz they think the antenna is soo ugly...that plug is uglier than having an antenna

When I bought my radio delete it came with an antenna delete plug. I don't have pics. but I will take some tomorrow. I don't have a radio delete car but I'm hoping to find a bare bones 71 for my next project. It's not a big deal to fill in the hole on the fender and would look a ton better. I looked at the antenna delete and to me it seems like it goes in the antenna bezel in place of the antenna. I don't have a bezel here to see if it fits.

stripped cars are sweet...that's why i like the 68 runners..rubber floors, side windows don't roll down, no options really

anyone else see the 71 on ebay last week or so that had the "plymouth" grille emblem...supposedly a 340 runner, but had the stripped grille emblem
