Which plugs/wires?

Here's the basics of my motor: Bored 30 over 318 with approx. 20K on valve job -- 360 intakes, 340 springs, Schneider 260-430 cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley 600 carb, TTI ceramic coated headers, full 2 1/2" Flowmaster exhaust.

I replaced the cap & rotor with the same that was on there (it was upgraded to a newer one, probably from a later model) but I'm stumped on which plugs/wires are optimal. It currently has 8mm silicone wires, blue.
