Can some one post some pics showing how the original rear swaybar is connected to the rearend? I know that there are brackets that bolt to the rear frame rail in front of the rearend. But I don't know how the rest is setup.
Thanks,
Ron

There is a plate that mounts with the shock plate and is held on with the u bolts.

Someone at Moparts sent in a scan of the layout. I thought that I would share it with you.

Yeah I kind of got carried away with powder coating. All the suspension, front and rear, drive shaft, gas tank, all engine accessory mounts, and a few other odds 'n ends. A bitch to keep clean though....especially since I put it back together to be driven and seen.

I get 1/2 off at the local Sonic when I drive it over for a meal! But I have to eat there not take it with me! I guess the manager is a Mopar guy!

Half of at Sonic not bad eye candy I guess. At least it will pay for itself in a few hundred or thousand or hundred thousand visits.

Thanks...took a lot of time, not to mention a few bucks & beers!

If memory serves me right I got the square rubbers from Just Suspension. They are one piece and poly, vice rubber. I have a bill for a pair of something that cost $20 and I think that's what they were.

I originally thought about cutting a slit in them to put them on, but thought better about it and did it as I described.
