I've seen passenger side mirrors that look just like the on in your pix on various kinds of Mopars in my local junk yard.mopar71 wrote:If you mean the drivers side ,Yes.My first roadrunner had only one mirror and that is the one I had.My question is did they make one like that for the passenger side? I installed sport aftermarket ones on it later.
I had the dual racing mirrors on my Roadrunner so never have paid much attention to them.

What does a standard non remote mirror look like?
One thing to note is that in later years, this same mirror was used on other cars. The only difference was where they drilled the back screw hole.
The mirror I purchased for my 72, had the hole drilled at the very back of the mirror base instead of about the middle of the mirror like in your picture. (I didn't realize the difference until I got it home).
So if you don't want to modify your mounting plate or drill extra holes, be sure the one you get has the right holes. I added the extra hole on mine and extended the mounting plate, since the mirror I bought was a new in the box one. Most people wont know the difference anyway, and I can always change to the correct one later if it comes along.
