Re: Wheel lip moldings
71bird is right. The new ones will fit well but it takes a lot of patience and massaging. My suggestion is to use lots of masking tape or similar to protect the wheel lips and surrounding areas prior to starting. The ones from YearOne did not have screw holes and makes me wonder if the factory ones didn't either to start with. I was thinking of marking new holes in evenly spaced increments using the same amount of screws per side and running them home with one of those new tiny cordless impact screwdrivers. I have only installed one so far and painstakingly transferred the old screw holes onto the new molding. Any thoughts?
