Is there any reason why sunroof Roadrunners came with vinyl?

Does anyone know if there is an online diagram of the sunroofs?

i have a 74 roadrunner with a manual sunroof and it never had a vinyl top. not on the broadcast sheet either. i would like to find out how many were made with a big block. any help?

1974 Plymouth Satellite Sebring (Rusted In Place) sent to crusher
1984 Dodge Ram Prospector D250, 360 ci engine, hooker headers, edelbrock 4 barrel carb, 1991 grill replacement
Location: Warsaw, Indiana and Dayton, Ohio...

This is what I found when I removed my full vinyl top from the Serious Satellite. . .



That and bondo at the curve of the pillars on both sides. . .will have to use some body filler to give me a decent paint surface after grinding down the mount studs. . .

Same thing I had to deal with when I pulled off the top from mine...C-Pillar rust holes. Note the plumber's foam.

Did you cut and weld a patch from a donor or . . . .?
