Does anyone know the correct color paint or are the rear light tailight housings plated from the factory? If so what color is it?

Thanks,

Plated a dark goldish color...can't recall exactly what. If no one else chimes in I can dig out a NOS one and take pics...may take awhile (it's really burried)

71 Tailight housings

Thats ok. No need to dig for the tailight housings. Thats what mine kinda look like a goldish plated color. I imagine it would cost a good chunk of money to get them replated. Anyone ever try to paint theirs to look like factory? If so what color and how did they look?

Thanks,

I wonder if that paint Easwood sells that restores the look of old Holley carbs if that is close. It's kind of goldie/bronze.
