Factory Tach

I just noticed that in the 71 dealer brochure it shows a picture of a dash and it has a tach that goes to 8 grand,Year one shows a repo tach that goes to 8 grand.But the factory tach in my car only goes to 7,000.Which tach do you guys have?

7,000 on mine--factory 383 4-speed car.

I have never seen a 71 up b body with an 8 grand tach, all the ones i have had with a tach had 7 grand tachs.

Mine is a 7000 with an AT.
My brother has 3 dash bezels and clusters I'll ask him to check all of his.
