Windshield corners
has anyone had to deal with rust in the lower corners of their windshield, how did you attack it? I'll try to attach some pics of mine. I have a fine donor to chop up if need be.

Yeah, it would be BETTER if all that stuff was out of the way, but I think you could still do it with the bare minimum of pulling the windshield. Just make sure you cover the stuff that welding sparks could or would damage, like the dash--especially the dashpad, glass, etc.
BTW, if you opt NOT to fix it, it's one of those things you'd probably always regret. Especially since rusty holes at the bottom of the windshield are notorious for LEAKING. DAMHIK!

Not to try an hijack your thread, but any tips for rust repair inside the cowl?
Some idiot parked my car under a pine tree for 10 years and I have a plethora of goblins eating the metal at the corners of the cowl, inside where you can't reach.
We have debated pouring some gas tank sealer in there, but I don't want to block the drainage vents, not to mention, I'm not sure of UV stability.
