Do not know RL RH RP numbers .... combined I would doubt they were greater than 20 or so for 1972 ... just a guess.
Yeah I know...

I'm still having non-buyers remorse! The car is a major project, but how often do you see sunroof, power windows and R26 AM/FM cassette radio option. But like I said it will need trunk floor, roof repairs for rust around the glass, a sunroof set-up, and misc normal Mopar rust repairs. If it was a RR or GTX, I would already be draggin it home. But for the amount of money and time this car needs, I better pass. And I know I will regret it for a long , long time....

What is the VIN, SPD and VON from the fender tag? It sounds like a pretty loaded car, maybe we can spot other things about it that are "special" if you post a photo of the fender tag?

Welcome to the nest.
I do not have sunroof numbers for 74 cars, but I'd imagine there weren't that many! While I do not actively seek out 73/74 info, I'm happy to put it in the database if you send it over. PM me for a email address.

One of the reasons I started collecting information about 71s years back is that there was very little available at the time. I started with all factory info I could find, then went to collecting VIN/fender tag/broadcast sheet info on all cars I came across. Not trying to leave anyone out, it's just what I happen to have decided to focus on. The door is wide open for someone here on the nest to step up and become the 73-74 expert!!!

Actually im trying to become a Sundance expert,im keeping a giant binder of information,my decoding, press releases, stuff i found in my car, random stuff about my car,and forsale ads i printed out.
Hopefully since more people are getting 73-74s a door will open(not to a closet, lol)that will unleash alot of never before heard or read information.

finding stuff on 73/74 anything is very hard. i've come up with 6 sunroof birds so far and they were all smallblocks except mine. a lot more satellites/sebring/gtx's produced with a hole in the roof, if you could consider a small number alot. from what i could gather it wasn't supposed to be an option on the roadrunner in 74.

On the front page there's a dealers brochure for a 1974 Satellite line and it identifies the sun roof as an option on the Road Runner.

I know this is an old topic , but I was wondering if anybody has come up with any more information on production numbers for the 74 models with Sunroofs ? Another member on the board had contacted me who also had a 74 BB with sunroof.

Jeff and I have been collecting info on 1969 through 1972 Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth sunroof cars. I would like to start collecting info on 1973 and 1974 sunroof cars also. Ideally I would like to start a database for the 73-74 Plymouth B-bodies, like Eric has for the 71-72 models. I will start a new post to see if anyone is interested in participating.
As for sunroof production, I am fairly certain that the number of sunroof cars produced is closely tied to the VON of each car. If I can get enough sunroof car participation, I might be able to come up with a reasonable estimate of sunroof production.
Scott.
