I'm kicking tires on this 73 Runner in central NC. 340/727/8-3/4, buckets, console, dual chrome mirrors. One quarter is pretty rough, but rails are rock solid. Has some other small rot issues here & there. Floors and major structural areas look good. Owner says it's the original 340. I don't think it runs, but probably would with a little effort.
What's this bad boy worth? I see them around $12K restored.

Re: WIW 73 Runner 340 GY9 in NC
Great combo for a 1973. The 340 is a great little engine. If you are looking to restore and resell, you will likely be upside-down unless you can do all of the bodywork and paint. I think these later RR with the 340 will do well down the road, its going to just take time. If you are looking for a good project and plan to enjoy it, then that would be a good car. It looks like a total resto, so $2K-3K at most. Just my 2cents. Scott.
