It lines back up with original spot welds others have said just weld it back up but I am wondering if it needs to be set up on frame Machine and Jigged set up to all correct demensions before welding.

I am Looking for a Pro's opinion some one who does frame repair as a Living, any one here fit that description?

Line it back up with the clecos installed and then take some measurements that are listed in the book.

I have been a bodyman/painter for 25 years. You're not going to find a measurement for that piece in a book. Since it lines back up with the original spot welds it will be fine. Just plug weld them up.
