A/C vacuum can

Post by rr6pak » Sat May 06, 2006 11:23 pm

Hi all.
Does anyone know if the vacuum can for an air grabber is the same for the A/C? If not, does anyone know where I can find one? Been looking at ebay. I've also heard that the muuuustang a/c vacuum can is a close one from Classic Auto Air.
My car came with A/C. I've posted this before.
Thanks

I'm trying to think what that looks like. I'm pretty sure it is the same can used on all the mopars of the era. A,B,C and E bodies. Just the mounts were different. The AG's mounted over by the horn, where the AC mounted under the battery tray. Now that I'm thinking about it, I know it is the same unit. The SSP I took the sunroof off of had AC and the can was the same unit and mount,, just under the battery tray. In fact I have to go get that one, it was mint, along with the lower valence up front.
4th generation B bodys- there is no substitute.
