Does anyone have an idea on how I could mount a shoulder strap for my daughters booster seat in the back of my RR? I don't want to get too wild, but I would like the munchkin to be safe.

I would guess that you could get a shoulder strap set(maybe a full 3pc. belt and attach the third point to the package tray -- I think that's the safest way to go, becuase if you just cut a slit in the package tray and ran teh mount to the trunk floor, that would be a bad thing for a harness, so it probably is for a belt, too. I know they also sell full front and rear 3 pt sets from Paddock, but I think they're about $300.
