Unusual Rocker Mouldings Did these Ever Come on RR's

Post by scottish440 » Wed Mar 29, 2006 10:33 pm

I pulled some really cool rocker mouldings off of a 73-4 charger....I would like to put them on one of my cars (71-72) and was wondering if they ever came on our years of cars (71-74)

It was the only part good on the charger...well it did have one ralleye wheel on it...lol

Tell me if you have ever seen them.....scott

Now I don't know, but they almost look like the '71 GTX rocker mouldings. The '71 Satellite mouldngs were solid chrome, but the GTX were the chrome/black. Maybe somebody took the trim off a GTX and put it on the Charger. I think all the charger rocker mouldings I've seen are thin - only about an inch or so in height and have the pointed ends. That's the only thing I can think of, because they do appear to be from a '71 GTX.
