These.....
But keep in mind, to be correct for your car, it would need to have N42 on the fender tag. Otherwise, turn down exhaust would be correct. Valances were different on N42 cars, with almost half round cutouts for the tips....

what's the deal with the black insert tips? just curious, as MOST cars i've seen have the orange inserts, but they do sell black insert tips

also, some people had the dealer install tips, which were the cheaper set-screw style tips - i've only seen one that way, though

Eric, Would you please post a picture of the correct tips for a 71' Road Runner if it is different from the 72". I have seen the long and short ones. What is the differance in the two?

71 and 72 Plymouth would be the same. The longer tips you've seen are correct for Chargers.
Set screw tips are incorrect reproductions. I'm not aware of any over the counter parts tips from back in the day that were different from the factory installed pieces.
I've heard that black was correct for 73-74 (and also that orange was correct)....but I have no definite information either way.
AKA Butterscotch71....the road runner nest is out to win you over this year!Image
