Well I think it's shot
Last weekend I gave it a shot and just checked to see if my power sunroof would work. I hooked up the red power wire that goes from the kick panel up the a pillar to the headliner nothing happened. Because I used my battery and just touched it to the + post to see if I could hear anything. But I would think it would of at least made a noise or is there something else I should try?

Well by the looks of it everything is hooked up the way it should be and it still won't work. So I just unplugged it from the relay that bolts onto the kick panel frame and saw that it looks like everything should work. The only thing it could be is the switch isn't working the way it should be I mean mice were everywhere in that car when it sat.

Must be time to just weld up the sunroof closed and forget about it.
Any way you can take the sunroof motor out and check it? If it sat for along time it could be rusted on the inside where the brushes ride or the motor bearings are just stuck or something.
