As unreal as it sounds the price of gas in Canada just went way up again in less then a week and is now over $5 a gallon and on the radio was a report stating that oil companies report record profits,,,,,,NICE to know that during a recession that they are earning record profits...nice that they like to kick people when they are down..And yet our government in Canada does nothing to regulate pricing or investigate price fixing

Gas for regular is 3.63 a gallon but I have to run premium it is 3.83 except when i get .10 cents off at the Smiths grocery store by my house. I dont care if it gets 5.00 a gallon i will still drive my Roadrunner......... I live in Sunset Utah about 35 miles north of Salt lake city.

Central Ohio just hit $4.15 for 87 octane today. Doesn't look like the road runner will be out much this summer.

AS UNBELIEVEABLE AS IT SOUNDS IN LESS THAN A WEEK OUR GAS PRICES ARE NOW SITTING AT $6.25 a gallon unreallllllllllllllllllllll and why did the oil companies raise the price this time? BECAUSE THEY CAN it is unbelievable that they are gauging the public for no reason other then THEY CAN.
I joked that I was not going to let the raising prices effect my driving the SSP but now I see why so many people sold them in the 70's  $6.25 a gallon for reg. gas? Are you kidding me?

Here is a forum bound to explode in anger  My 72' RR takes 89,91, and 93 octane pump gas. And these horrible gas prices are around $3.94 for regular (87) $4.01 (89) and as high as $4.26 (93). I would just like to tell the thriving gas companies that "No! I would rather not spend $65 to fill my 16-gallon tank :(

I say we all just get bumper stickers saying are cars are "Eco-Friendly" to piss everyone off even more so they fight the high prices!
:haha:

Lets just hope gas won't rise any higher than $5.00 anytime soon!

I JUST WANNA RIDE!

I would love $5.00 a gallon we are sitting a $6.25 a gallon. Our dollar is sitting at $1.03 against the U.S dollar
oil is down is price and according to experts we are paying at least 8% more then any other comparable market for fuel....Our government is having a meeting with the oil /gas executives to have them explain how they arrive at pricing.......When oil goes up in price the price of gas IMMEDIATELY rises but when oil goes down is price the price of gas slowly starts to fall..

I'm on my camping trip from Florida to Alaska, dodging tornados, floods and snow detours. I feel sorry for you filling up your tank. I don't want to tell you what I spent so far, but I was real happy to spend $3.49/gal yesterday in Wyoming.

I guess when it comes right down to it.............the pleasure we get driving our cars is worth more then the cost of admission (Gas) :) I agree its funny I do not bat an eye when the SSP needs gas but when I have to fill up the Van I take a look at the prices
