71 upholstery

Hi
I thought I might ask for every one's opinions about the cloth insert buckets. I've never seen them in person, but I've seen a couple of cars with them. Are they pretty nice, or is the vinyl the preferred and/orthe best way to go?

I've only seen two '71 b-bodys with the houndstooth cloth inserts. A buddy's '71 Hemi Road Runner and the original seats of Jeff Brown's GTX. I think they look cool and FEEL better on your back than vinyl in the hot, hot summer. And in all the years I've been messing with Mopars if I've only seen 2? Well, it's obviously a pretty rare and unusual combination.

The downside would be that recovering an interior with cloth inserts is going to cost you more with Legendary or whoever you get the covers from...
