I was lucky that this car had little rust to it. I did have tiny pin holes mainly behind the driver's side but hardly nothing behind the passenger, but there was. So, I replaced both of the rear 1/4 trunk extensions. Here, she is another shot of the car on the rotisserie and being delivered to my body guy

Lotsa good progress here through 2018, any updates? Or did it go on the "back burner"?
Thanks, Scott.

Good to hear from you Scott. She is mostly done but have some interior to do and some odds and ends. I've had foot surgery that s***s and weight bearing. Before surgery, I had to drop the rear end because the pinion seal was leaking. I then installed a rear stabilizer bar to go with the front one. Dealing with a few mechanical issues prior as well. Seems the carb was too big and put a little smaller one on, then surgery :? Anyway, as soon as I can get back on her, the better.

Whoa! Big jump in progress! Looking awesome. What did you decide engine wise on this one - I remember you posting the original 383 was long gone, but a 1969 year 383 was in its place?

The 383 wasn't gone but it wasn't original. We found that out by the serial numbers. So, I had a 400 stroked out to 470 C.I. Had it dyno tested and hit 600 HP and 610 torque. The horsepower might have gone done a little because I had to switch to a little smaller carb. I guess the guy who built it put the biggets on to hit max H.P and torque. Will I need it, probably not but sure is a good conversation piece.

Thanks! I need to order the correct Rallys and new tires. The car still has 0 miles and still on the same tires and rims from when my dad got them and put them on 30 years ago.
