I looking at buying an aluminum radiator. Right now im leaning towards a Be-Cool setup with dual electric fans, but there are SOO many choices available nowadays. I wanna hear what is working or not working for you guys. Most of what im seeing for our birds are 26" cores....is this pretty accurate or are you guys shoving bigger under your hoods? What about inlet/outlet positions? push or pull fans?

So, what do you got??

If you have the budget Glen Ray is the best and they look completely stock. Forget about the electric fans, and put the factory 7 blade with a fan clutch in. I have a 528 Hemi and never run over 180 degrees, and it looks factory.

I've got an ECP. It does the job here on my 440 in Atlanta.

I'm running a 22" 4 core brass radiator with the 7 blade clutch fan and shroud. There is about 1.5" clearance with 195 T stat. it rarely moves off the 195 mark and thats usually in July Aug stuck in traffic. Even then no issues.

Glen-Ray Radiator is the best yet pricey. Classic Industries has one that look close.

Running a 22" rad from a Dodge pick-up, stock fan clutch and shroud. 180 thermostat and don't run hot even in traffic. 360 with about 400 hp

Glen-Ray. Yeah pricey but well worth it. Bob has the factory one running in a old car with a 572(?) hemi bored out.

I'm using a three-core Champion aluminum with a shroud and flex fan. Keeps my 440 at the right temp down here in Jacksonville, FL even when it's in the high-90s.
