Road Runner Nest

Have a 72 Roadrunner, white on white we are in the process of restoring. There are no stripes on the car at all. On the hood on the top of the side vents are black and look like its painted and not tape. I know the engine designation stickers are incorrect and will be corrected. Does anyone know if the paint stripe is correct? Thanks in advance!

No paint stripe and the decal for a 400 has no engine size callout on it, it is just the reflective decal
