Wait, wait, Bruce? You had SN 161547? I have RS23U1G161449. Less than 1 day apart. The fender tag and broadcast sheet were both lost. Do you know what your build date was?

Yes, getting dangerously close to the holiday shutdown, where workmanship sometimes became shoddy. In my case, who could tell after 45 years and a half-assed cosmetic resto.

Anyone else have or know of a St. Louis serial number close to 161449?

Did you see my buddy's thread about his orange Satellite (Satalot)? That car is 160064 and has a December 14, 1970 build date. So obviously these cars are all within days of each other.

And notice how close this Satellite was to the old Road Runner!

I could hook you up with an EV2/White top, white interior car. It is a bucket seat, console shift, 383-2 car. But low mileage and pretty much all original. Or if you want a B5 rubber bumper 383-4 car, I could help there as well..... :D
1971 Satellite Sebring Plus - EV2 / V1W / P6XW Not very nice but it is still wearing original paint and hose clamps!! :)
