So farmboy70, do you have any close-up pics of the bottom of the quarter where it mates to the rocker panel.

Cool project, In-Violet/Plum Crazy paint did not hold up well. The factory had to fix cars while still under warranty and cars needed repaints after 2-3 years. I had a friend that was a warranty guy at the local Dodge dealer, and he told me it was one of the worst colors for holding up. Also, fast-forward 3-4 years and Purple cars were not in fashion for most. People wanted much more sedated colors for the most part.
