Pix resizing
How do you re-size pix? I must be getting Alzheimer's or something. Or should I post a link to Photobucket?
Thanks

Re: Pix resizing
The photobucket or equivalent photo hosting site is the way to go here. If you want to try the resize thing, I use Paint.net as my photo editor. It is free to download from the web and works pretty good.

Googled it Scott but nothing. I'd like to re-size some of my pictures and save them to post here. Any help from anyone is appreciated. It's irritating as all heck Even played with photobucket but still gets a pop up window that won't allow me to re-size

Did you sign up? I think you need an account do use it. After you post a pic you can edit it. If you use paint you can resize it before you post to any pic hosting site. It may hep to say what you are using? Computer, tablet, phone etc...

I do have an account. Tried to re-size a picture off of my computer but when I put in the values, under the limit, it wouldn't let me. IDKmoparite wrote:Did you sign up? Re: Pix resizing
Go into paint and open the pic, Click on resize. Then click on pixels then set the larger of the two #'s to around 600(this depends on the original size of the pic), Then open the drop down menu and click save as jpeg. You will have to rename it. On photobucket open the pic (large view) then click on resize at the top.

Re: Pix resizing
Yep, you can use Microsoft Paint that is already on your computer to resize pictures. It is located in the All Programs, Accessories folder. Scott.

Re: Pix resizing
I usually reduce my pictures to 640 x 480. It might cut a little off the edge, but not much.
