Diamond in the rough

Post by Gotgrey » Sat Dec 05, 2015 8:00 pm

My next project for the winter. It's a FE5 with white interior and a white vinyl top Roadrunner. It came with A/C, auto on the column and a A/M radio w/rear speaker. That's about it, nothing extremely rare about it. I was thinking about going V4W instead of the original V1W top but I haven't come across any molding pieces as of yet. Hard to believe I find a 71 roadrunner with all the same color options as my 72.

there must have been about 60-70 bolts that, for the last 40 years or so. Where very happy not to be disturbed holding on the front fenders. No rust in the fenders but I think this car had a hard life up to this point. Hopefully I can dress her up for the prom again.
