How many miles have you put on your car this year

Post by road chicken » Wed Aug 12, 2015 6:56 pm

Just curious to see what the mileage is over the summer months. Since i finally have the drive-train sorted out I'm just over 2000 and will probably hit 3 K before it gets put away.

I finished mine this year, then I re-did a bunch of stuff. Like a lot of stuff. At this point though, I am pretty happy with it and have put just over 1000 miles on it in the last few months. Mainly just getting it broken in and working out the bugs. God willing, it'll get a lot more in the coming months.

I've put 200 miles on my 71 Satellite in the last year. Roughly 140,000 on the odometer.
I've put 1000 on my 72 Satellite Sebring Plus in the last year, 900 of it in the last 5 weeks. 54,700 currently on the odometer.

Hopefully I will get a chance to get a paint job on them by next spring, not much time between my job and refurbishing my house I plan on moving into in the next few months or sooner.

I can't stop at a store or gas station without someone wanting me to stop and talk about the car which I don't mind except when I'm in a hurry to get to work, lol.
