72 Blue Sky Roadrunner

Post by dmhrr » Wed Jun 11, 2014 6:32 am

Hi guys.

I have been flicking through the forum and seeing a lot of chatter about the B1 Blue Sky Roadrunner with the B5 Blue interior. Yes they are very rare in deed, but I have one. I have had it about 2 years and it gets a lot of attention where ever I take it. Love it, great car. You wont see it around though, as we are in Australia. Fully worked 400, full manual valve auto, goes like stink.

I used to own 1 just like it that I restored in the 90's, it was in like 4 magazines. Mine was a 400 auto also. I put the strobe and front Tank track stripes because it was such a light color I thought it looked better.

When I was a teenager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, there was a Blue Sky '72 Roadrunner in our neighborhood. It was a well kept car with a 340. It had the black strobes and was always clean.
