I am happy to be heading to the Don Gartlit's show tomorrow in Ocala Florida. It has unfortunately been down sizing the last couple of years. But still it has some outstanding cars there and I enjoy going every year. I am looking for the vendor area and meet Big Daddy too. Hopefully it won't pour.
Enjoying the cooler weather,
Jeff

I'll be there on Sunday this year.
Saturday seems to be the better of the two days of the show.

I met Don at a meet years ago. Got a autographed print and watched him smoke the tires down the whole 1/4 mile in the swamp rat! It was awesome. I noticed he had working mans hands. No sitting on the couch for him. A true Mopar/hot rod god!

I went to the show on Saturday and it was a terrible day overcast and raining. I didn't get any good pictures there was only one Road Runner there and it was all closed up due to the rain. I did not get a chance to go back on Sunday but I am sure it was a better day. Beautiful temp and not one cloud in the sky. I would still recommend putting it on the bucket list if you are in the area the first weekend in November.

One 1972 Road Runner there on Sunday and owner said he won people's choice (class?) on Saturday.
