I installed the engine last weekend!!!! lots more to do before I fire it up...it's so close now!

She sounds great. I installed my K, engine, and trans in the past week too. Not ready to fire it up yet. Good for you and the progress

new front glass from year one this weekend...should shell out for rear glass while i have the chance at 30% off...

some fresh pics on picasa.

1. fresh coat of black on the pans and in the trunk
2. test fit carpet. it came from stock interiors.com pretty nice, actually. the saddle color seems to match the swatch i found in the car that is a combo of gold, brown, and dirt.
3. seats finally went in.
4. LED light under the shifter in the console. i had a leftover dash harness that is totally junk. the sockets are the same size. the original in my console was super corroded.

it runs pretty well. i still have some base timing to do on the FAST fuel injection.

I have a rear main leak, it's pretty big. i'll probably have to drop the pan and try again.
