There is a 1972 Road Runner Just moved one step closer to the crusher in Mobile AL at Barrys U Pull It. Mostly picked clean. K frame is still there. It has a good roof with drip rail stainless. Doors still there with windows. Rear windows and registers. Wish I had gotten the finder tag and VIN number. He only wanted $50. for the whole top. I think I saw the engine block to the car sitting on the ground nearby. Stripped also. I hate to see it crushed but short of someone saving it that is where it is headed.

What a small world! I stopped in at Barry's and saw that car about a month ago. It was a sight for sore eyes. The only thing I saw on it that looked decent was the drip rail moldings. Sadly, I do believe that car is ready to be retired for good.

If anyone gets back there before it's crushed, I'd like to see photos of the fender tag or a listing of the VIN and all tag codes!

Yes. You can have the whole roof for about 50$. That is what he was going to sell it to me for.

I would love to have the whole roof for that price but it is just too far away for me, somebody should grab it though as maybe it could be cut up to fix others roofs as well. The piece I need is more or less just the c-pillar mostly quarter than roof.

Alright, I will bite. Ben or Tom, did you inquire as to how much they wanted for the whole car?
Scott.

Scott .. Yes. I did ask. Jim said they never sell whole cars. Gave no reason why. That was before they moved it
To the crushing yard. I will ask again now that it is set to be crushed if you would like.

Thanks Ben,
I found their number on the internet, so I will give them a ring tomorrow. It will be a shame if they refuse to sell it.
Thanks,
Scott.
