I FIND THAT SO MANY WONDERFUL PLYMOUTHS ARE 'CLONED'. THATS SAD.. E-BAY? LOADED WITH UMMM---ROADRUNNERS?? TONS,,, BUT ARE THEY REALLY?? SSP'S-GTX- NOWS THERES A FIND... I KNOW! I BUILT UMM.

Yes too many clones out there. My original 72 RR grille was STOLEN for a clone by a previous owner! :mad:

I'll never be able to replace it

Welcome to the Nest! And I concur ALWAYS check the serial number on the cowl intake to verify the sequence number. Are there any other places where we can verify those numbers?

That came from a 4 photo contact sheet that I picked up years ago from a guy in Detroit. Pretty cool to see how far along the design was about 2 years before the car was introduced.
