I can remember doing these cars also when no parts like these were around.
I sure makes it easier now!

This time around the tail light panel and drop extentions are now installed.
The wheel tubs will need some minor repair, not worth replacing.
Trunk gutter and quarters this week.

Here we are with a few more pictures.
The quarters are placed but not welded for test fit.
Overall with a little tweaking they fit nice.
Also some partially cleaned front suspension parts. Some factory marking still there.
By end of week end rear panels should be done.

I'll post more detailed pictures this week-end if we get it all welded.
I was very happy how well all the panels have fitted so far.

Well this week-end was good and bad news.
Almost all of the rear sheet metal work is done.
A few small areas to work over yet. Should get it up on the rotisorie tomorrow.

And now the bad.
Looks like water has been in there for a while
Hope fully 30 over and new pistons will take care of it, but if it is cracked

Made it up on the spit this week. Final blasting next week if the weather holds.
Also some rear axle details.
Merry Christmas

Stubborn or DUMB not sure which!
I realley enjoy building these from scratch. Finding all the factory markings on 40+ year old cars is like a treasure hunt.
Also I have installed a factory sunroof before so If you need any help when you setup yours let me know. The cable slides are the biggest thing to get right.
I had a 71 Charger with factory sunroof and we did a resto on a 72 Roadrunner /GTX with one also.
