I'm curious, how much did you have to give for the exhaust valance? I know they're rare.

I paid close to $500 for mine two years ago. Yeah, I hated paying that price. But when I found out they weren't going to repro the one for the '72 Runner. You sort of get tired of looking for the bargain. So I swallowed my pride, and bought it. I don't get to the meets back east anymore. I haven't seen another one out here in southern California. So I guess I did the right thing. Haven't had the heart to install it on the car though! It sits in the corner with the factory rear window louvers that it took me over 20 years to get the guy to sell them to me. Thank heavens he wanted to buy his wife a nice birthday present. Otherwise he might of kept them. He's an E-body man who doesn't care for B-bodies. But he bought them years ago when he ran across them because he knew they were rare.
