I still haven't changed the master cylinder cover color, but I had my sister take some pictures of the car. It was kind of cloudy, but they turned out OK.

I love the colour.............Nice car

Sometimes I get to feeling that if Xmas, Fathers Day and my Birthday did not exist, then aftershave too would not exist.

Re: Updated Pics of the GTX
Hi Ryan. Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME GTX!!!! I do have a question tho please Sir. You said that you haven't changed the master cyl cvr yet so i am wondering , what color or finish should the master cylinder cover be? I haven't ever noticed or thought about it but I would've thought that gold cad would be right. Anyways, I love to learn and it appears to me by the pics of that GTX that you certainly know a thing or two. That's a way cool automobile. That's what I'm after with my RR clone. No matching #'s tho but that's the nature of the beast with a clone. The upside tho is that you do have some discretion as far as changes are concerned. Thanks for the pics.

Actually, it's the reservoir cover. I don't know everything about these cars, but fellow 'Nest member, Norm, pointed out that it's supposed to be clear zinc.
Re: Updated Pics of the GTX
Here's a pic of an NOS master , hope this helps. I don't think its called clear zinc, its more like a grey phosphate. Normryangtogtx wrote:Actually, it's the reservoir cover. I don't know everything about these cars, but fellow 'Nest member, Norm, pointed out that it's supposed to be clear zinc.

That's very useful about the reservoir cover. Thanks. What about the booster? The cad plating right for it? -Horace
Re: Updated Pics of the GTX
Gold cad is correct for the booster. Here's a pic of my set up.transamman wrote:That's very useful about the reservoir cover. Thanks. What about the booster? The cad plating right for it? -Horace
