Would love to get Petty to sign my insert on my 4 speed console.
pats71' wrote:Woah woah. First of all, sorry for any misunderstanding that just happened. I meant absolutely no harm or bad mouth towards you. Me and my father were greatly honored that you used it. We did not get a chance to go to Carlisle because of a death in the family. We had a friend up there looking for shelby dakota parts, couldn't find any, and sent us two shirts with a copy of the program. Our friend had no idea the yellow dart was my fathers and we didn't know it was on the shirt. So when we opened up the box he shipped to us, we at first though it was a joke or gag he was pulling on us, but he had never seen my father's dart before.
Me and my father both know that you retain the rights to your artwork. I must have come off as negative in my previous post and I apologize for that. You did an amazing job on the artwork for my red 80' Malibu as well.
I didn't know you were a member on this site. Had I known that, I would have thanked you long ago for both the artwork on my malibu and my father's dart. I plan on paying you again to do artwork on my roadrunner once the restoration is complete, if you don't mind.
