Okay, Thanks for that info.
I used Meguiars stainless paint on the screw heads, so they will be a darker grey than usual.

ct71rr, well, lets put it this way. The drivers side fought me tooth and nail. What I learned from that made the passenger side slide in much easier.

With everything out of the door, the best thing is to put the glass in first all by itself (with the track that is mounted to the glass as well).
I set it in the door and let it sit on the bottom of the door.

Then I installed the door latch and key cylinder as you have plenty of room to get in there.
Next, I installed the two vertical guide rails, but didn't bolt them in - just lay them down in the door with the glass.
Next, install the small track the bolts to the inside of the door.
Then the window crank mechanism - but only put the one bolt in that's closest to the window crank.
Next, pick up the glass and line up the track sliders and install in the tracks, then put the rest of the bolts for the crank mechanism in place.
Now install the vertical guide rails - it'll be a bit cramped for space, but it can be done.
Leave all mounting fasteners somewhat loose. Then roll the window up and down a few times.
Mine sort of set itself as far as where the tracks are to be. (they are adjustable).
Once your happy with the fit, then snug up the fasteners.

After all that I decided to install the side mirror.

I had a little issue with the side mirror.
I order a mounting kit from Classic industries - it comes with (4) #10-24 mounting screws and (4) aluminum barrel nuts.
The barrel nuts are aluminum and have a rivet head on them. Here's a picture of them in the drivers door.

The barrels are put in the door and then the mirror goes on top and as you tighten the screw the aluminum barrel is suppose to flare up a bit inside the door and that's it.
Problem #1 - the #10-24 screws were a 1/4" too short - they would not contact the threads in the barrel.
I was told by Doug (72RoadRunnerGTX) to use the 1973 and up mounting plates as he says there's not alot of strong steel under the side mirrors for support, the 73/74 mounting plates are a good reinforcement.
So, I improvised.
Hoping to find the proper length screw I headed over to my local Lowes and had a snoop around their fastener section.
I come home with these.

2 furniture anchors and 2 fender washers. I put the fender washer on the anchor and then installed it inside the door. With the small end of the anchor coming thru the door, the screws now work and they hold the mirror nice and tight with the fender washers as reinforcement!

The middle illustration shows the 2 hollow threaded tube nuts I was referring to.
Not much reinforcement under the mirror once installed that way.

Moving on, I finally got all of the body plugs installed.
Some of them were tougher than others..

I also unwrapped the new door rubbers and let them relax - I think I bought them about 4 years ago....

Next, lets tackle the headliner......I reused the one I took out of the car before it went to body and paint.
Just line up the holes in the rear and the front where the serrated teeth are. Then use some muscle to pull it tight.
End result - some wrinkles but when the spring comes I'll attack it with a steamer to get the wrinkles out.

One thing the car didn't have when I bought it was a dome light.
Since the headliner was the last thing to go into the car, the previous owner never bothered to install the dome light.
I found it in the glove box.
So it's time to put it back on.

The hardest part was fishing the light socket out from under the headliner...

Good thing I checked as they are not the same size - the drivers side is larger (I assume its could also be used for the rear blower fan set-up).
They went in with no issues along with these other filler pieces.
