Was it possible to get the elastomeric (rubber) bumpers on a TX9 B-body in '71? If so, any pics out there of one?

Wow, bummer! Rubber bumpers were the one option I really wanted to ad, but only if correct. On '70-71 E-bodies, rubber bumpers were originally only available with certain colors and TX9 and EW1 were not on the list, but, that changed later in the year. I was hoping the same deal held true on the '71 B-bodies
