Engine Block writings
Some of you may remember I posted a topic awhile back about writings that were on my 400 engine.It was new to me and still Is.No one really knew why they were there.Anyway I was surfing around online about 440s and I came across a picture of one,and It has letters on It just like my 400(not the exact letters but same place and all).I have also came across a picture of a 1970 corvette engine with different style writing and is said to be done in grease pencil,then Its says that the car was "CTU: car,with the letters"CTU" writing on the block,and on another 70 vette engine it says CTG on It.I wish someone knew what all these letters stood for.The reason for them Is most Likely not significant but Its really interesting to me.
