Road Runner Nest

This guy suffered from the same prob I had about 2 months back. On one of my computers I had bbodyregistry.com for my link here and on the other I had roadrunnernest.com. Took me a day to figure out I had different links a few months back.

People shouldn't rely on links as much as they do.Whats so hard about typing it in?

Well for me... for the longest time I always remebered it as bbodyregistry and not roadrunnernest since we got almost more GTXs and Sattys here then actual roadrunners.

LOL! Saw the post on that thread from my buddy Steve giving me credit for being a "cofounder" of the site... with that and a buck I could buy some coffee at McDonalds.

Well, at some point in time....when we can get Dave motivated....bbodyregistry was to be the site for the now unofficial registry I run for these cars. Not sure how you guys got that link in the first place?

Bbodyregistry.com was the orginal link I used back when I 1st found the site and registered up. I remember I was searching info on b-body mopars on google and it pointed me here through that address like 2 yrs back. Heck when I was googling about b-body mopars I dont think the roadrunnernest addy even showed up in the google search just the bbodyregistry addy and others.

Heck I just did a google search on "b body mopars" and roadrunnernest.com didnt even show up.... I only scanned the 1st 40 pages.

Yeah, that's an issue Dave and Eric and I have been discussing. I don't think it even shows up when you Google "71 Road Runner". We used to be on the first page results, but aren't any longer. On a positive note, a username of "google bot" is showing up here on a regular basis, so that's a GOOD thing...

The answer is, I needed a URL for a demo site for that client. We needed to turn something very quickly, and since I just had bbodyregistry.com "parked" and pointed at the Nest, I just borrowed it for a little bit. Heheh... Didn't figure anybody would notice, but guess that's not the case. Don't worry, the bbodyregistry.com domain will return to pointing here in the near future.

In a moment of shameless self promotion, for those that don't know what my day job is (and why I don't have a ton of time to be as active here as I'd like, nor get the LONG list of cool enhancements to the site done)...

I have seen 'google bot' , ' yahoo bot' , and ' majestic bot' (I think this was the name)

Heck the google bot is here about 65% of the time I check the site.
